The Harm Reduction Coalition is the America's national harm reduction network, and has operated overdose programs in San Francisco (the DOPE Project) and New York City (SKOOP) for many years. Their site includes an array of information on overdose, including training materials, sample brochures, policy information, and more.

Open Society Foundations

Open Society Foundations have an Overdose Prevention and Response guide created by experienced overdose trainers and reviewed by peers and medical professionals, this book provides a resource for the development and implementation of overdose prevention and response programs by drug user activist groups and harm reduction organizations, particularly in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. It combines practical information about overdose risk with strategies for preventing, identifying, and responding effectively. This guide is available in both English and Russian.

CRA

The Chicago Recovery Alliance pioneered overdose prevention, starting the first overdose project in the USA and helping hundreds of other organizations do the same. CRA has some great resources on their Information Downloads page, including some of the best video training materials available.

The Drug Policy Alliance, the leading American drug policy reform organization, has a longstanding commitment to overdose prevention, and maintains a number of great resources on their website.

The Eurasian Harm Reduction Network represents Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and has overdose information in Russian and English for service providers, a downloadable training module on the subject, as well as information on first aid and research on overdose in the region.

OPA

The Overdose Prevention Alliance is a place for information and debate on drug overdose worldwide, with the overarching goal of curbing overdose incidence and mortality. OPA documents major issues in overdose, encourages overdose prevention initiatives, disseminates new research findings, and promotes good practice rooted in harm reduction and human rights.
